Charlotte and Mo met working in NHS mental health services. They are both passionate about psychodynamically informed practice and the efficacy of this modality in formulating an accurate understanding of the psychological state of an individual and in supporting psychological health.

They are confident that this approach is the safest and most accurate way of conducting psychological assessments which consequently leads to safer outcomes for the production and contributors involved.

Charlotte has many years experience working in the film and TV industry, not just as a duty of care psychologist and psychotherapist but as an agent, academy owner, acting coach and former actress. She therefore understands first hand the pressures of this environment. Charlotte has conducted doctoral research examining the psychological impact of participating in film and television. Her business, practical and academic knowledge of the industry in combination with her training as a psychotherapist and psychologist place her in a unique position to support the psychological health of on-screen contributors.

Mo is a consultant forensic psychiatrist and consultant medical psychotherapist. As a consultant forensic psychiatrist, Mo specialises in psychological risk assessment. His skills as a consultant medical psychotherapist enable him to create a formulated understanding of individuals which provides the basis of recommendations regarding psychological support that might be required. Mo is familiar with working in situations with varying levels of risk, from low risk settings to very high risk settings such as in maximum security prisons.

Together, Charlotte & Mo have a unique and complimentary skill set which when combined, provides expertise in all aspects of contributor care throughout the production cycle.
